Key construction of steel structure

    The anticorrosion of steel structure is the key point of construction. The steel keel of stone curtain wall is hot-dip galvanized. The hardware fittings are made of stainless steel. In the field of welding, the welding part must be treated as anticorrosion. 

    The thickness of the galvanized coating is not less than 75um. Steel bracket, connecting pieces adopt hot galvanized. When the exterior steel frame coating is used for construction, construction, rain and fog, it can not be constructed (especially surface coating, strictly prohibited construction). 

    The environment should be clean, the surface must be dry, no moisture, the temperature should not be lower than +15 C, the relative humidity should not be more than 60%. In the course of construction, we should pay attention to the change of climate conditions. 

    When there are wind, rain and fog, it is not possible to construct (especially surface coating, strictly prohibit construction).
